STC got off to a decent start at 51 for no loss with Thisen Eheliyagoda scoring 46. But Muditha Dissanayake 5/44 had STC in trouble at 64/5 before Nathan Caldera 113 and Senesh Hettiarachchi 59 scoring a 100+ partnership to get STC to a formidable 285.
Caldera’s maiden century came after a very patient start but opened up as he grew in confidence with 3 lusty hits over the ropes. The well compiled knock earned him MoM
