Kennel Club
The Kennel Club of S. Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia has always been an extremely active non-profit Club which has greatly looked into the welfare of animals not only in and around the college, but across the entire island. Engaging in activities such as, holding sterilization programs, offering donations to injured dogs, organizing informative webinars with animal welfare activists, helping out in rehoming dogs and puppies and engaging in various fundraiser activities, are frequently done all in order to ensure the safety of dogs and cats.Latest Project
Canophilia '21
Canophilia ’21 was an Online Art Competition art competition. This was aimed to spread awareness about animal welfare and dogs in general, to get students involved & interested in such matters regarding animals, to bring attention to the Kennel Club's activities throughout the years, to make the students spend their time effectively during this pandemic situation and to hopefully find some enthusiastic new members!
