Junior Maths Society
The Junior Maths Society is a prominent society in S.Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia which has a mission to promote the Mathematics skills along with organizing events and representing the college as a Maths Society. Junior Maths Society has also been involved in serving the community and contributing to the college in various ways for over a half a decade. While our main event is the annual Mathematics day, we also organize the annual Mathematics quiz and other fundraising projects to carry out the activities.Latest Project
"Virtual Maths Quiz"
Junior Maths Society of S. Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia conducted yet another novel concept of The “Virtual Maths Quiz” for the students from lower 4 to upper 6 (Questions were given from both Sinhala and English medium) which was held on the 26th of February 2021, from 4:00 p.m. onwards . This was an ideal platform for the students to test their mathematical and IQ skills.
